The Coley Bar Knife from Urban Bar is a high-quality all-rounder with an attractive wooden handle and a durable stainless steel blade. Peeling, slicing, skewering—this knife is a multifunctional tool for preparing and garnishing cocktails.
When developing the knife, the manufacturer Urban Bar focused entirely on the needs of bartenders and mixologists. The blade is sharpened on both sides and features a serrated edge on the front half. The tip is split into two parts, allowing it to be used for hygienically picking up fruit slices. The reddish-brown pear wood handle is ergonomically shaped—for a secure and comfortable grip while working. The wooden part of the handle is attached to the metal shaft with gold-colored rivets, which visually harmonize with the pear wood and enhance the elegant appearance. To allow for better pressure on the blade while cutting, a recess has been carved into the top where the index finger fits securely.
The manufacturer recommends hand washing to ensure the blade stays sharp for a long time and the wooden handle remains undamaged.
Two plastic protective covers for the blade and the blade tip are included for safe transport and storage of the bar knife.
