The Coley bar knife by Urban Bar is a noble all-rounder with attractive wooden handle and high grade stainless steel blade. Peel, cut, skewer - this knife is a multi-functional tool for preparing and decorating cocktails.
In the development of the knife, the manufacturer Urban Bar has fully adapted to the needs of bartenders and mixologists. The blade is double-edged and serrated in the front half. The tip is forked and can therefore also be used to hygienically pick up the fruit slices. The ergonomically shaped handle is made of reddish-brown pear wood. The wooden part of the handle is fastened to the metal shaft with gold-colored rivets, which visually harmonize with the pear wood and accentuate the noble impression. In order to be able to put more pressure on the blade when cutting, a recess has been worked into the top, in which the index finger finds a safe place.
The manufacturer recommends hand washing so that the blade stays sharp and the wooden handle will not be damaged.
For safe transport and storage of the bar knife, two protective plastic covers are included for the blade and the blade tip.
