The red Bitter syrup is a non alcoholic alternative to the familiar Italian Bitter-Aperitifs. Giffards syrup has a red colour and a bitter, slightly sweet flavour of gentian and bitter orange.
Use this syrup for cocktails, non alcoholic aperitifs, lemonades and sparkling water.

2cl fresh lemon juice
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
Put ice cubes, syrups and lemon juice in a longdrink glass and fill up with sparkling water.
Ingredients: sugar syrup, water, flavouring, natural flavouring, colouring agent: sulphite caramel (E150a), allura red AC (E129); preservative agent: sodium benzoate (E211)
