This Giffard syrup adds Provence-Feeling to your drinks! Enjoy the taste of dried lavender flowers and the color of French lavender fields. Mix the Giffard syrup with e.g. lemon juice and sparkling water to make delicious lavender lemonade.

30 ml lemon juice
20 ml Lavender syrup
150 ml sparkling water
Pour the lemon juice and lavender syrup in a hi-ball glass and add sparkling water. If you like, serve with a colorful straw.
