Blackberry Monin syrup has a great balance of fine sweetness and subtle, fruity acidity. The blackberry syrup works well in variations of Mojito, Juleps and Moscow Mule, but of course also in non-alcoholic beverages such as iced tea and lemonade. Our special tip is hot chocolate with blackberry syrup from Monin. The blackberry flavor also gives other hot drinks (such as mulled wine) a special touch.
Recipe for Blackberry Mulled Wine:
10ml cinnamon syrup
10ml blackberry syrup
60ml cranberry juice
120ml red wine
Preparation: Heat all the ingredients in a pot and pour into heat-resistant mugs. Add a cinnamon stick to each mug to create a particularly Christmassy atmosphere!
