With its sweet and tangy taste, the blueberry syrup from Maison Routin 1883 is reminiscent of fresh blueberries and is refined with herbal notes. The violet color of the cocktail syrup also gives your cocktails and drinks that certain something visually. In addition to alcoholic drinks, the blueberry-flavored syrup is also ideal for berry iced tea and milkshakes.
Recipe for Blueberry Mojito:
3 cl blueberry syrup
2-3 cl rum
6-9 cl soda water
5-7 mint leaves
2 pcs lemon/lime
2 tsp sugar (optional)
Preparation: Put the sugar, lemon pieces and mint leaves in a glass and gently crush with a muddler. Then add blueberry syrup, crushed ice and rum and top up with soda water. Mint leaves, limes and, of course, blueberries can be used as garnish.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, water, fruit juices from concentrate 13% (blueberry 10%, elderberry), acidifier: citric acid, natural flavors.
