The strawberry syrup by Maison Routin 1883 combines fruity freshness with seductive sweet notes of candied strawberries for a perfected taste experience and a wide range of applications. Use it to refine lemonades, juice, cocktails, tea and milk, wine, ice cream, smoothies, desserts and even pastries! Especially dominant are the floral-fruity aromas, which provide a special, extremely authentic taste experience. The manufacturer promises that the syrup can keep up with high-quality preserves in terms of intensity and harmony. Especially the finish has a slight sweetness to it, reminiscent of candied or sugared strawberries...
Recipe Sweet Mexican:
8 cl passion fruit juice
4 cl grapefruit juice
3 cl Tequila
2 cl Vodka
2 cl 1883 Strawberry syrup
2 cl Licor 43
1 cl lemon juice
Shake the ingredients well in a shaker with 6-8 ice cubes, then pour into an approx. 0,4 l glass with even more ice cubes.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, water, fruits juice from concentrate 13% (strawberry 10%, elderberry), acid: citric acid, flavoring, coloring: Allura Red AC (E 129). E 129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
