The champagne glass from the 'Style' series made by Spiegelau comes in a timelessly clear design with a robust, yet stylish silhouette. With a diameter of 0,7cm, the glass' stem in particular testifies to stability, as well as durability. It serves as a seamless connection between the drinking goblet and the base plate. For this reason, the stem evenly widens upwards and downwards, while it proceeds in a straight and cylindrical manner in between. The goblet of the champagne glass has an almost angular silhouette, which mainly emanates from the low belly of the calyx. From there on, the reinforced side walls taper slightly but steadily towards the top, eventually forming a narrow rim of 5,1 cm. With its wider shape, reminiscent of a white wine glass, the goblet supports high-quality champagne by giving it room to develop.
The glasses from the collection 'Style' by Spiegelau stand out with their perfect shape, which results from the perfect harmony of elegance and durability. This is also the case with this champagne glass of the same series, which offers a capacity of 310ml. Unlike conventional champagne glasses and sparkling wine flutes, it has a slightly more expansive goblet, which gives mature champagne enough room to properly unfold. The maximum diameter is set low, so that the largest surface is reached at the typical champagne filling level of 0,1l.

1Note: The specified 'total volume' (also referred to as gross capacity) of a glass indicates the maximum amount of liquid it can hold when filled to the brim. In contrast, the 'fill volume' (also referred to as usable volume or serving volume) describes the practically usable amount. Both values are given in ml or l. Due to production conditions, a tolerance of ±5% may occur, which corresponds to industry standards and does not constitute a defect.
