Monin Cloudy Lemonade Base is made from Sicilian lemons and combines intense sweetness with fruity acidity so that you can conjure up a delicious lemonade quickly and easily. In addition to home-made lemonades and iced tea, Monin's Cloudy Lemonade Base is also a popular ingredient for variations of cocktails such as Margarita, Mojito or Whisky Sour.
For a classic lemonade, simply mix 30ml Cloudy Lemonade Base with 240ml mineral water. The lemonade becomes particularly refreshing with a few ice cubes and lemon slices. For a variation on the recipe, you can add Morello cherry syrup or blue curacao syrup, for example.
Ingredients: sugar, water, acidifier: citric acid, natural flavor, concentrated lemon juice 0,96% (corresponds to 7% lemon juice in the final product), natural lemon and lime flavor with other natural flavors, emulsifiers: gum arabic, glycerol ester from root resin.
