The lychee originated in subtropical countrys like South China and Vietnam. The plum like stonefruit has a white, fruity and vitreous pulp. Which is very soft and slippy and tastes of nutmeg and tart rose. Monin Lychee syrup goes perfectly well with Monin Rose syrup.Enjoy this fine tart and exotic taste in smoothies, cocktails and lemonades. The bright golden colour and the melon like taste add a nice accent to your drinks.

20ml Monin Lychee syrup
15ml Monin Mojito Mint syrup
35ml light rum
soda water
3 pieces of lime
6 mint leaves
Muddle fruit with syrups in a glass. Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour other ingredients. Top with soda water. Stir.
