The ice mould "Cubes" by Lurch has several advantages over other usual ice moulds: It is entirely made of premium platinum silicone, which is food-safe, neutral in taste and fruit acid resistant, it comes with a lid which prevents spilling ensures clean and hygienic freezing of water, juices, sauces, baby food etc. and makes the form stackable and it usable in a temperature range from -40 to 240° Celsius and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Another advantage is the single cabin principle, wich ensures a faster freezing, much clearer ice cubes and an easy removal.

The 20 ice cubes you can make with this mould per round have an edge length of 3cm. That makes them perfect to use either as regular ice cubes in a glass or for the preparation of cocktails in a shaker or a mixing glass.
