The German company Lurch produces their "Cubes" ice mould from 100% premium platinum silicone, which is food-safe, neutral in taste and resistant against fruit acids. Key advantages of this ice moulds are that the ice mould comes with a cover for the clean and hygienic freezing of water, sauces, juices, baby food etc., it is stackable and it comes with the single cabin principle which ensures a faster freezing, much clearer ice cubes and an easy removal.

The six cubes you can make with this mould per round have an edge length of 5cm. That makes the mould perfect for freezing portioned soup, puree or juice or making extra large ice cubes.
