The ice mould "Cubes" by Lurch is made of 100% premium platin silicone which is food-safe, neutral in taste and resistant against fruit acids. The lid protects your ice cubes and ensures a hygienic handling. Another key advantages are the stackability, the suitability for the dishwasher and the single cabin principle, which ensures an easy removal, a faster freezing and much clearer ice cubes.
The 12 ice cubes you can make with this mould per round have an edge length of 4cm. That makes them perfect to use either as regular ice cubes in a larger glass - for example as a single cube to chill a drink in a Single Old Fashioned glass - or for the preparation of cocktails in a shaker or a mixing glass.
