Sensory: grapefruit, herbal, woody
Nepalese pepper exudes fresh, citrusy notes and is therefore also known as grapefruit pepper. To bring these grapefruit flavors from the berries into the Timur Berry Monin Paragon Cordial, they are distilled under atmospheric pressure with the hydroalcoholic mixture. Through another complex process, C02 extraction, the pepper berries release additional aromas of herbs and wood into the Timur Berry Paragon Cordial.

Recipe for the Timur Americano:

Ingredients:
15 ml Timur Berry Paragon Cordial
50 ml Noilly Prat
5 ml aged Aquavit
7,5 ml Aperol
Tonic water

Preparation: Pour all ingredients except tonic water into a highball glass with ice and stir gently. Add tonic water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

Ingredients: beet sugar, water, acids: gluconic acid, citric acid, natural Timur berry flavor, natural flavor.
