Maison Routin 1883 passion fruit syrup is used when there is a demand for that certain exotic sweet flavor. The authentic taste of the passion fruit is sweet and floral, but also slightly acidic and tart. Thus, the strong yellow syrup is perfect for fresh juices, lemonades, iced teas, and especially cocktails! 4cl Rum (vanilla flavored)
2cl 1883 passion fruit syrup
2cl brandy
1cl lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker along with crushed ice, then shake vigorously and strain into your glass of choice.
