• 4 cl Giffard Grapefruit non-alcoholic liqueur
• 8–10 cl soda water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
• Ice cubes
• Grapefruit slice for garnish

Pour the ingredients into a large wine glass over ice, stir gently, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
