Giffard Grapefruit without alcohol combines the characteristic intensity of pink grapefruit with a modern non-alcoholic aroma. The recipe is based on the maceration of grapefruit zest in white wine vinegar, combined with natural flavors. This creates a balanced profile of freshness, subtle bitterness, and a slightly tart fruit note.

The combination of citrus freshness, subtle bitter notes, and gentle sweetness makes this non-alcoholic flavor base ideal for spritzers, highballs, sours, or summer signature cocktails. It harmonizes perfectly with soda, tonic, or mineral water, as well as with herbs such as mint and rosemary – perfect for non-alcoholic aperitifs and light long drinks.

Recipe tip – Pink Grapefruit Spritz Zero (non-alcoholic)

  • 4 cl Giffard Grapefruit non-alcoholic liqueur
  • 8–10 cl soda water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • Ice cubes
  • Grapefruit slice for garnish

Pour the ingredients into a large wine glass over ice, stir gently, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

Once opened, it is recommended to store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight at normal room temperature – refrigeration is not necessary. This will keep the flavor composition stable for five months, making it ideal for bars, restaurants, events, and private connoisseurs.
