Recipe tip – Pineapple Sour Zero (non-alcoholic)

• 5 cl Giffard non-alcoholic pineapple liqueur
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 1.5 cl sugar syrup
• 1 cl egg white or aquafaba
• Ice cubes

Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice (dry shake), then shake again with ice and strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf or lemon zest as desired.

Once opened, the flavor composition will keep for 5 months in a cool, dry room climate, without refrigeration – ideal for bars, events, restaurants, and creative home bars.
