Originally does the gomme come from Senegal but nowadays they cultivate it all over Africa. This natural gum has a complexe structure between saccharides and glycoproteins. Which allows you to eat it easily. Giffard Gum syrup gives your drinks an authentic and delicate taste. In addition to pure cane sugar this gomme syrup is nice to use.
