Fruit, acidity and velvety flower. The Maison Routin 1883 raspberry syrup can claim these attributes for itself. Its beguiling scent of fresh raspberries is used in drinks and desserts - and, thanks to the incomparable intensity of ripe, juicy raspberries, can also prevail in baking or preparing ice cream. The light acidity and the floral nuances are underlined by a present sweetness based on pure cane sugar.

4cl Lillet Blanc
1,5cl 1883 Watermelon syrup
1cl lemon juice
Preparation: Mash the raspberries at the bottom of a shaker, then add the remaining ingredients, shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass onto ice and soda. Stir thoroughly with a bar spoon.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, water, fruit juices from concentrate 11% (raspberry 10%, elderberry), acid: citric acid, natural flavoring, coloring: Allura Red AC (E 129). E 129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
