The Hoshizaki IM-65WPE-E series combines the advantages of water-cooled refrigeration technology with advanced hygiene and installation features for professional applications. As part of the EliteCUBE range, the units come equipped with a factory-installed UV-C hygiene function and an integrated drain pump, making them ideal for businesses that demand the highest standards of ice quality, hygiene and installation flexibility. Thanks to their high production capacity and integrated storage bin, the units ensure a continuous supply of ice throughout the day. Their compact dimensions also allow flexible integration into a wide variety of workspaces and counter layouts.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually filled with fresh water while excess water is carefully discharged. This process helps reduce mineral build-up and supports the production of clear, compact and slow-melting ice cubes with consistently high quality. Automatic rinse cycles further support water hygiene and help protect the system from limescale and mineral deposits.

The integrated UV-C hygiene function supports sanitisation of air and water within the production area. Combined with the closed water circuit, it helps protect the entire ice-making process from external contamination. This makes the series particularly suitable for applications with demanding hygiene requirements.

Another key feature of the EliteCUBE series is the integrated drain pump. It significantly expands installation possibilities and allows the units to be installed in locations where gravity drainage is difficult to achieve. As a result, the machines can be integrated more flexibly into existing layouts and bar concepts.

The electronic control system continuously monitors all production processes and ensures stable performance under changing operating conditions. This is complemented by a magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling, which provides precise water management, helps prevent leakage and supports long-term reliability.

The robust stainless steel construction has been designed for intensive professional use. Removable components, replaceable magnetic door gaskets and easily accessible maintenance areas simplify cleaning and servicing.

The water-cooled refrigeration system ensures reliable ice production even in environments with high ambient temperatures or limited airflow. The units use natural refrigerant R290, combining high performance with energy-efficient and environmentally responsible operation.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, ice chute and ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems, scoop holders and additional accessories are available.

For water-cooled units, the condenser circuit should be connected to a closed-loop cooling system. Connecting such equipment directly to the mains water supply may not comply with local water authority regulations.
