The Hoshizaki IM-65PE series has been developed for businesses requiring increased ice production capacity without sacrificing the advantages of compact, plug-and-play equipment. Featuring an integrated storage bin and high-output ice production, these models are ideal for restaurants, hotel bars, cafés, catering operations and other professional environments with elevated ice demand. The units combine reliable performance with straightforward installation and dependable operation.

Thanks to their compact design, the ice makers can be integrated into a wide variety of work environments. The integrated storage bin provides a constant reserve of ice and supports smooth service operations even during peak periods.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually filled with fresh water while excess water is automatically discharged. This process reduces mineral build-up and supports the production of clear, compact and slow-melting ice cubes with consistently high quality. Automatic rinse cycles further support water hygiene and help protect the system from limescale and mineral deposits.

The closed water circuit reliably protects the entire production process from external contamination. As a result, the units produce hygienic ice cubes that meet the demanding requirements of the hospitality industry while also supporting easy cleaning and low maintenance requirements.

The electronic control system continuously monitors all production processes and ensures consistent results under changing operating conditions. This is complemented by a magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling, which helps prevent leakage and increases component longevity.

The robust stainless steel construction has been designed for intensive professional use. Replaceable magnetic door gaskets, easily accessible service areas and tool-free removable air filters simplify cleaning, maintenance and servicing.

The air-cooled refrigeration system ensures reliable ice production while maintaining energy-efficient operation. The units use natural refrigerant R290, providing an environmentally responsible alternative to conventional refrigerants. An optional UV-C sanitisation system and integrated drain pump can be added to further enhance hygiene and installation flexibility.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems, scoop holders and additional accessories are available.
