The Hoshizaki IM-45PE-F series has been developed for professional businesses requiring maximum flexibility when installing ice makers. Thanks to the factory-fitted drain pump, the units are particularly suitable for locations with challenging drainage conditions or greater distances to wastewater connections. At the same time, users benefit from reliable cube ice production and a compact plug-and-play design.

With an integrated storage bin and space-saving dimensions, the units can easily be installed in bars, restaurants, hotels, cafés and service counters. The available ice reserve supports efficient service operations even during peak periods.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually supplied with fresh water, ensuring that only the required amount is used. Excess water is automatically discharged, helping to reduce mineral deposits and supporting the production of clear and compact ice cubes.

Automatic rinse cycles remove impurities from the water system and help maintain consistently high ice quality. The closed water circuit further protects the production process from external influences and supports hygienic operating conditions.

The integrated drain pump significantly expands installation possibilities and allows operation even where a direct drainage connection is not ideally positioned. This makes the FlexiCUBE series particularly suitable for refurbishment projects, bar installations and demanding interior layouts.

A magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling minimises the risk of leakage and improves operational reliability. The electronic control system continuously monitors all production processes and ensures consistent ice quality under varying operating conditions.

The robust stainless steel construction has been designed for intensive professional use. Removable air filters, easily accessible components and replaceable magnetic door gaskets simplify cleaning and maintenance.

The air-cooled refrigeration system operates efficiently and uses natural refrigerant R290. An optional UV-C sanitisation system can be added to further support water hygiene within the production area.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems, scoop holders and additional accessories are available to tailor the units to specific operational requirements.
