The Hoshizaki IM-21CPE is a compact, plug-and-play ice machine with an integrated storage bin, specifically designed for professional environments where space is limited. It is ideal for bars, restaurants, hotels, and other applications requiring reliable ice production within a small footprint.
With a production capacity of up to 30 kg of ice per 24 hours and a built-in storage bin with a capacity of approximately 11.5 kg, the unit ensures a consistent ice supply during daily operation.
Ice is produced using the proven closed cell system: each ice cube is formed individually using fresh water, while excess water is drained away. Automatic rinse cycles help reduce mineral build-up and ensure clear, compact, and neutral-tasting ice cubes in standard size (28 × 28 × 32 mm).
A closed water circuit protects the production process from contamination and supports consistently high ice quality. At the same time, a magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling ensures reliable operation and minimizes the risk of leakage.
The robust stainless steel construction and well-designed layout allow for easy operation, cleaning, and maintenance. An electronic control system monitors the production process and ensures stable performance under varying conditions.
The unit uses the natural refrigerant R290 and is designed for energy-efficient and sustainable operation.
Thanks to its compact and undercounter design, the unit is particularly suitable for installation beneath worktops, counters, or in small working areas.
The unit is supplied with an installation kit and an ice scoop.
