The Hoshizaki IM-130CPE-U series ice machines are high-performance, plug-in cube ice machines designed for professional use in gastronomy, hospitality, and catering. As self-contained units with an integrated storage bin, they offer a compact solution for reliable ice supply without additional system components.
Thanks to the plug-and-play concept, the units can be installed quickly and put into operation immediately. The combination of ice production and integrated storage ensures a continuous workflow, even during peak demand.
The ice production is based on a closed water circuit system: each cycle uses fresh water, while excess water is discharged. This results in clear, solid, and taste-neutral ice cubes with consistently high quality.
The UltraCUBE technology enhances this system with an integrated UV hygiene function. UV light continuously disinfects water-carrying components, increasing food safety and making the system particularly suitable for sensitive environments.
The units are designed for continuous commercial operation and feature electronic control, automatic rinse cycles, and easy-to-access components for maintenance. A variable-speed water pump and the natural refrigerant R290 contribute to efficiency and reliability.
The stainless steel construction is designed for intensive use and easy cleaning. The integrated storage bin allows direct access to the produced ice and supports efficient daily operations.
The unit is supplied with an ice scoop and an installation kit, ensuring quick and straightforward setup. Optional accessories such as water filtration systems can be added as required.
