Monin's Jabuticaba Fruit Puree Mix adds a burst of flavor to your cocktail recipes and gives classic cocktails a fresh, fruity twist.
The jabuticaba fruit comes from Brazil, and its 3–4 cm berries look somewhat like a cross between a cherry and a plum. The fruits grow directly on the tree trunk, which definitely makes them unique. The light-colored flesh of the jabuticaba berry is jelly-like and tastes similar to grapes, but with a woody note. Monin suggests simply giving your favorite classic cocktails a jabuticaba twist.

Ingredients:
1.5 cl Monin Jabuticaba Fruit Puree Mix
2 cl Monin Triple Sec Curaçao Syrup
5 cl gin
3 cl fresh lemon juice
Preparation: Place ice cubes in a shaker and add all ingredients. Shake vigorously, then strain through a bar strainer into a chilled martini glass and enjoy!
Ingredients: Sugar, jabuticaba purée, acidifier: citric acid, natural flavoring, coloring agents: extracts of black carrot and hibiscus, thickener: pectin, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains 50.1% jabuticaba purée.
