Quince are yellow fruit that grow on trees and can be processed into a wide range of delicacies: from quince juice to chutney and jam to liqueur. With the quince syrup from Giffard, the sour, fruity and tart aromas find their way into your cocktails and lemonades. Combine Quitt cocktail syrup with fresh flavors such as citrus fruits, mint and ginger; or with spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and cardamom.

45ml Gin
15ml quince syrup
20ml lemon juice
8-12 mint leaves
1 dash of orange bitters
Preparation: Put the ingredients in a shaker along with ice cubes. Shake well for 7-10 seconds and then strain into a pre-chilled glass. Garnish with mint leaves.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, concentrated quince juice, natural flavoring, concentrated lemon juice.
Equivalence in quince juice: 33% minimum.
