The Giffard Pear syrup has a fine natural aroma which originates not only from the mazeration process, the quality of the fruits as well is very important.For this syrup Giffard used only originally french pears. They taste velvety sweet,aromatic mild and juicy. The pear is good to combine with apple, gin or vodka, chocolade and Calvados.
