The Monin Paragon Cordial Rue Berry gets its flavors from the berries of the plant Ruta chalepensis, which are harvested in Ethiopia. There, the berries are part of the popular Berbere spice blend, among other things. Monin uses two complex techniques to transform the flavors into liquid form: Infusion for the hay flavors and distillation for the passion fruit and jasmine aromas. To finish the Rue Berry Paragon Cordial, the liquid is balanced with beet sugar and acids so that sweetness and acidity are in perfect proportion - ready to become part of your next cocktail creation!

Recipe Coco Rue:

Ingredients:
20ml Rue Berry Paragon Cordial
5ml Mojito Mint syrup
40ml white rum
30ml coconut water
Tonic water

Preparation: Pour ice cubes into a mixing glass and add all ingredients except tonic water. Stir for around 20 seconds and then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. We recommend garnishes such as mint, edible flowers or coconut flakes!
