This tall storage jar with a lid has a capacity of 1,650 ml, offering plenty of space for storing pasta, rice, cereal, coffee beans, and other dry goods. Thanks to its slender, cylindrical shape—26 cm tall and 9.8 cm in diameter—it’s particularly well-suited for long foods like spaghetti. The transparent glass body allows you to see how full it is at any time. The mostly transparent lid also makes it easy to see the contents from above, for example, when several storage jars are stacked side by side in a drawer.
The container is made of borosilicate glass, which is characterized by its high temperature resistance ranging from -120 °C to +420 °C. The glass can be safely washed in the dishwasher and used in the microwave. However, according to the manufacturer, it is not intended for use in the oven or for direct contact with an open flame. Hand washing is recommended for cleaning the lid. The lid is made of a combination of stainless steel, polypropylene, and silicone. Its integrated seal ensures a secure closure when the jar is standing upright. Since the lid simply snaps on, the filled storage jar should neither be stored on its side nor carried by the lid.
