The individually molded cubes are crystal clear and melt slowly – ideal for sophisticated cocktails and long drinks.

Freedom of installation thanks to integrated drain pump

The integrated drain pump actively directs production and rinse water into the drain. This means you can choose the installation location even if there is no floor drain or the drain is higher (delivery height up to 1.50 m above the machine outlet under ideal conditions) – a plus for existing bars and narrow counters.

Spray system: precise layer formation, clear ice cubes

TheBrema spray system sprays fine jets of water into ice molds, where the water freezes layer by layer. The result: ice cubes without air pockets, crystal clear and slow to melt.

Air cooling & R290: efficiently integrated

This ice maker uses air cooling and requires free airflow to dissipate heat from the unit. It uses R290 (propane) as a refrigerant – natural, energy-efficient, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

Care & hygiene in everyday use

The AISI 304 stainless steel housing, rounded interior surfaces, and removable components make cleaning and maintenance easy. The integrated cleaning program complements regular, thorough manual cleaning – ensuring consistently high ice quality with minimal effort.
