The Brema CB 640A HC B-QUBE DP ice cube maker is designed for bars, restaurants, and hotels with a demand of up to 72 kg of ice cubes in 24 hours. It offers consistent performance and is made for professional operations. The B-Qube ice cubes are individually molded (approx. 31.5 × 32.5 mm, approx. 23 g) and ensure a striking presentation in the glass; the crystal-clear cubes melt slowly and keep drinks cool for longer.

Freedom of installation thanks to integrated drain pump

The integrated drain pump actively directs production and rinse water into the drain, allowing for flexibility in terms of installation location – even without a floor drain or with a higher drain (delivery height up to 1.50 m above the machine outlet under ideal conditions). Ideal if the ice machine is to be integrated into existing counters or tight spaces.

Spray system: clear ice cubes that melt slowly

This ice maker produces ice cubes without air pockets and with high density, crystal clear and slow melting. The reason for this is the Brema spray system: it sprays fine jets of water into the ice molds, causing the water to freeze in layers and preventing cloudy inclusions. This ensures that the ice maker reliably delivers cubes with a high-quality appearance.

Air cooling & R290: efficient and environmentally friendly

The air-cooled version relies on sufficient airflow to safely dissipate heat from the device. R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant – natural, energy-efficient, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

The design of this ice maker allows for convenient cleaning and maintenance routines. This is ensured by an AISI 304 stainless steel housing, rounded interior surfaces, and removable components.
