The Hoshizaki IM-45PE series has been developed for professional environments where a consistent supply of high-quality ice cubes and straightforward installation are essential. Thanks to the plug-and-play design and integrated storage bin, the units are ideal for restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels and many other hospitality applications.

The compact dimensions allow flexible installation even where space is limited. The integrated storage bin keeps produced ice readily available at all times and supports efficient workflows during busy service periods.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually supplied with fresh water, while excess water is discharged in a controlled manner. This process helps reduce mineral build-up and supports the production of clear, compact and slow-melting ice cubes.

The closed water circuit protects the production process from external contamination and helps maintain consistently high ice quality. Automatic rinse cycles remove residues from the system and contribute to lower maintenance requirements and reduced limescale formation.

The electronic control system continuously adapts production cycles to operating conditions, ensuring consistent ice quality. At the same time, the magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling enhances operational reliability and minimises the risk of leaks within the water system.

The robust stainless steel construction has been designed for demanding daily professional use. Removable air filters, replaceable magnetic door gaskets and easily accessible service components simplify cleaning, maintenance and servicing.

The air-cooled refrigeration system delivers reliable production performance while maintaining energy-efficient operation. The units use natural refrigerant R290, offering a modern and environmentally responsible alternative to conventional refrigerants. An optional UV-C sanitisation system can be added to further support water hygiene, while an optional internal drain pump allows greater installation flexibility.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems, scoop holders and additional accessories are available to tailor the units to specific operational requirements.
