This vegan alternative to egg white gives cocktails a silky texture and a stable, fine-pored foam. Ideal for classics such as the Silver Fizz, Whiskey Sour, or Pink Lady, but also for modern signature drinks. Simply add 4–6 dashes of the clear liquid to the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to create the characteristic creamy foam.
