The Frappé Mix by Maison Routin is a secret ingredient to achieve that creamy, foamy texture in drinks. The mix is slightly sweet and has a floral scent which does not change the desired taste of your recipes. If the Frappé Mix is shaken, stirred or combined in a blender, it gives the entire drink a frosty, foamy consistency which works especially well served chilled over ice. You can make delicious frappés, frappuccinos and much more in no time at all. The mix is vegan-friendly, gluten free, kosher and halal, which makes it a great dairy-free alternative.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, water, acid: citric acid, salt, thickener: xanthan gum.
