Add an elegant freshness to your drinks and desserts with Giffard Fruit for Mix Yuzu! This East Asian citrus fruit has a complex aroma reminiscent of lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit. This flavor works well in homemade lemonade and iced tea, in fruity mixed drinks, in cocktails, and in desserts.

Recipe for Yuzu Basil Smash:
15 ml Fruit for Mix Yuzu
15 ml basil syrup
50 ml gin
20 ml lemon juice
Preparation: Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker with ice cubes. Place fresh ice cubes in a tumbler and strain the drink into it. Garnish with a yuzu wheel and a sprig of basil.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, yuzu juice (12%), orange juice from concentrate (10%), acidifier: citric acid, natural yuzu flavoring, thickeners: pectin, xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
