Monin grenadine syrup gets its sweet and slightly sour flavor from blackcurrant, raspberry, elderberry and vanilla. This aroma as well as the red color can enrich many cocktails, such as Tequila Sunrise or Planter's Punch, but also lemonades and non-alcoholic cocktails.
Recipe for Grenadine Raspberry Mocktail:
Ingredients:
10ml Grenadine syrup
15ml Raspberry Fruit Purée Mix
2 Kumquats
Ginger Ale
Preparation: Muddle the kumquats with the grenadine syrup and the raspberry fruit puree mix in a glass. Add crushed ice and ginger ale and stir. Garnish with kumquat slices and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients: sugar, water, concentrated blackcurrant juice 1,17% (corresponds to 8% blackcurrant juice in the end product), acidifying agent: citric acid, natural flavoring, concentrated elderberry juice 0,09% (corresponds to 1% blackcurrant juice in the end product), natural vanilla flavoring with other natural flavorings, concentrated raspberry juice 0,07% (corresponds to 1% raspberry juice in the end product), color: E129.
