Morello Cherry syrup by Monin goes wonderfully with Gin Tonic, Negroni and lemonades. Try the fruity-sweet cherry syrup in smoothies, frappés and milkshakes too! The versatile Monin syrup also enriches many hot drinks such as punch, hot chocolate and various coffee creations.
Recipe for Morello Cherry Spritz:
10ml Morello Cherry syrup
20ml Orange Spritz syrup
100ml sparkling wine
20ml soda water
Preparation: Place a few ice cubes in a wine glass. Add the ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with thin orange slices and a cocktail cherry.
Ingredients: sugar, water, concentrated sour cherry juice 4,8% (corresponds to 29% sour cherry juice in the final product), concentrated lemon juice, coloring: anthocyanins, natural flavor. Contains nuts and by-products.
