The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE-F series has been developed for professional environments where high-quality ice production must be combined with maximum installation flexibility. The units feature a plug-and-play configuration, an integrated storage bin and a factory-installed internal drain pump, making them ideal for bars, restaurants, hotels and catering applications with demanding installation conditions.

Thanks to the integrated drain pump, the units can be installed more flexibly regardless of drain positions or height differences. This makes the FlexiCUBE series particularly suitable for undercounter areas, bar counters and locations with limited installation options or greater distances to the drainage connection.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its Closed Cell system, in which each individual ice cell is filled separately with fresh water. Unused water is automatically removed, helping to reduce mineral deposits while supporting the production of clear, hard and consistently shaped ice cubes.

Automatic rinse cycles and the closed water circuit further help minimise contamination within the production process and ensure consistently high ice quality over time. The electronic control system continuously monitors all production cycles and maintains reliable performance even under changing operating conditions.

The system operates with a variable-speed magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling, reducing leakage risks while optimising both energy and water consumption. The robust stainless steel construction has been specifically designed for continuous professional use.

The air-cooled refrigeration technology ensures energy-efficient operation combined with high production capacity. Removable air filters, easily detachable water trays and replaceable magnetic door gaskets simplify cleaning and maintenance during daily use.

The units operate with natural refrigerant R290 and combine modern refrigeration technology with high energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact. Optional UV-C sanitisation, water filtration systems and additional accessories can also be added.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop. Thanks to their compact design, the units are ideal for professional applications with limited installation space and increased demands on installation flexibility.
