This deliciously sweet sauce with an intense taste of roasted caramel is suitable for refining sweet desserts, hot drinks, milkshakes and sundaes. The aromatic combination of salted butter and soft condensed milk works well on freshly baked waffles, coffee creations, and a variety of pastries. The container of this Giffard caramel sauce has a capacity of 2,0l and can be equipped with a matching dosing pump (order-no. 9367, sold separately). For even better handling, for example for decorative sauce patterns on whipped cream or latte art, refilling the sauce into smaller squeeze bottles is recommended.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed milk, sugar, water, modified starch, coloring: ordinary caramel, salt, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidifier: citric acid. Caramel content: minimum 35%.
