This chocolate sauce with the intense aroma of dark chocolate can be used to refine desserts, drinks and pastries. The thick chocolate sauce is suitable for decorating desserts, ice cream sundaes and milkshakes as well as coffee specialties. A strong cocoa taste with a light vanilla finish completes the presentation.
The dark chocolate sauce comes in a 2,0l container, which can be fitted with a dosing pump (sold separately under order-no. 9367). For easier handling, the Giffard chocolate sauce can also be filled into smaller squeeze bottles, for example to decorate pastries.
Ingredients: sugar, water, chocolate powder 22% (sugar, cocoa powder), glucose syrup, modified starch, lean cocoa powder, cocoa extract, acidifier: citric acid, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate.
