The white chocolate sauce from Giffard is ideal for refining sweet food and drinks with the irresistible taste and soft texture of white chocolate. The slow flowing sauce can be used for drinks such as coffee and hot chocolates, smoothies and milk shakes. Also, for pastries, cakes and in the preparation of sweet desserts, the white chocolate sauce works its magic. A dosing pump (sold separately) can be screwed onto the 2,0l container for easy portioning. Finish sundaes, sweet desserts and all cream toppings with Giffard's white chocolate sauce.
Ingredients:Glucose syrup, sweetend condensed skimmed milk, water, bulking agent: sorbitol, white chocolate 5% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder) , whey protein concentrate, modified starch, flavoring, acidifier: citric acid, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate.
