The Lemon Rantcho Concentrate by Monin is a practical ingredient for lemony drinks and all cocktails that require a sour note. The lemon juice concentrate consists mainly of water and lemon juice, with 50% lemon juice in the end product and no added sugar. Compared to freshly squeezed lemons, the concentrate saves you time and storage space, you don't have to worry about seeds and pulp and you end up with less waste. 10ml cane sugar syrup
20ml Lemon Rantcho Concentrate
40ml Gin
Soda water
Preparation: Shake everything except the mineral water with ice cubes. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes and top up with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon before serving.
