Monin Sweet & Sour Syrup is a blend of the sweetness of sugar syrup and the fruity taste of limes and lemons. The Sweet & Sour mix serves as a base for a variety of cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. The 1,0l PET bottle is ready for immediate use.
Cocktail recipe for the Ocean Wave:
20ml Monin Sweet & Sour
15ml Monin Blue Curaçao syrup
15ml Fruit Mix Coconut
30ml vodka
20ml rum
60ml pear juice
Preparation: Shake, then serve on the rocks in a highball glass. Decorate with a pear slice and cocktail cherry.
