Lemon and lime juice are essentials in every cocktail bar - as their fruity acidity gives many drinks the necesary twist. The lime fruit puree mix from Monin is a little less acidic than the pure fruit, because sugar has been added to the mix. The result is a sweet-fruity taste, with a fruit content of 51%. By the way, Le Fruit de Monin Lime can be kept without refrigeration for at least 4 weeks after opening.
The fruit mix by the French manufacturer is very versatile. Use Monin Lime Fruit Puree Mix in frozen drinks, daiquiris and non-alcoholic cocktails.
Recipe for Lime Rosemary Fizz:
30ml Monin Lime Fruit Purée Mix
100ml Pink Grapefruit juice
Soda water
Preparation: Fill a glass with ice cubes and add the fruit puree and juice. Stir well and then add soda water. Decorate with lime pieces and a sprig of rosemary.
