Asperula or woodruff is a shade-loving ground-cover plant which can be especially used for the famous may wine. One thousand years ago, a Black Monk spiced their wine with asperula. The may bowl was invented. Use the taste of asperula for may wine or spritzers and enrich your dishes with a fine taste.
Recipe: Tequila Shake
40ml Monin Asperula syrup
10ml Monin Fruit mix Mango
80ml cranberry juice
30ml tequila white
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake it vigorously. Pour the mix into a cocktail glass and garnish it properly.
