This fruity dessert sauce from Giffard with the taste of strawberries and red fruits such as blackcurrants and blueberries is used to refine sweet desserts, drinks, cakes and strawberry milkshakes. Using a dosing pump (available separately under order-no. 9367), the desired amount can be extracted easily from the 2.0l container. Add a twist on cocktails, intensify your sundaes or add a little extra fruitiness to your strawberry shake.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, strawberry puree 15%, blueberry puree 5%, blackcurrant juice 5%, purple carrot concentrate, gelling agent: pectins, natural flavorings, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, water, stabilizers: diphosphate, calcium phosphates.
