This 1883 Maison Routin Ginger Beer Syrup is ideal for enhancing cocktail recipes with a twist or creating uniquely spicy lemonades. With its distinct spiciness due to the ginger and a slightly fruity note of white skin citrus fruits, this Ginger Beer syrup is an ingredient with a very complex character. Furthermore a natural sweetness is derived from pure cane sugar. In addition to the cocktail classics, this combination of flavors leads to unexpected taste miracles, especially when added to (iced)tea.
Recipe Irish Ginger:
1,5cl Ginger Beer Syrup
2 dashes of coffee bitters
4cl Irish whiskey
1cl Benedictine
Orange peel

Add Ginger Beer Syrup, Coffee Bitters and Benedictine to an Old-Fashioned glass and stir with a bar spoon for 5 seconds. Then add ice cubes and whiskey and stir again for 10 seconds. Garnish with orange zest and coffee beans.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, water, acid: citric acid, natural ginger flavors, natural cayenne pepper flavoring, aromatic caramel (sugar, water).
