Ginger is a trendy ingredient in health-oriented drinks, but also in cocktails. The ginger concentrate from Monin combines ginger and lemon juice with other ingredients to create a practical beverage concentrate that you can dose directly from the 0,7l bottle.

Ginger concentrate is used in the production of home-made ginger beer and can also be used for variations of cocktails such as Moscow Mule. For non-alcoholic drinks, combinations with citrus fruits are ideal. Use Monin Ginger Concentrate for hot and cold drinks such as hot lemon drink with ginger or a ginger lemonade.
