The sugar-free hazelnut syrup by Maison Routin 1883 impresses with its fresh hazelnut aroma, which is complemented by sweet vanilla notes and strong roasted aromas. The hazelnut syrup goes perfectly with coffee specialties, milkshakes as well as selected cocktails.
Recipe for Roasted Clafoutis:
20ml Hazelnut syrup (sugar-free)
140ml chilled milk
6 Amarena cherries
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a blender until it becomes a nice creamy foam. The milk should be well-chilled to achieve this consistency. Pour the finished drink into a glass and garnish with another cherry and some crushed almonds.
Ingredients: water, Dextrin, flavor (hazelnut), acidifier: citric acid, sweetener: potassium acesulfame sucralose, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: E 202, colorant: simple caramel E 150a.
