The IM-100CNE-HC-32 is a special version of this medium-sized ice maker; this model produces XXL ice cubes (32x32x32mm ). It is ideal, for example, for constantly supplying a correspondingly large cocktail bar with high-quality ice cubes.

Furthermore, this ice maker belongs to Hoshizaki's Emerald Class, a new range of particularly environmentally friendly machines. This model uses the natural refrigerant R290, among other things. Despite its extraordinary energy efficiency, the IM-100CNE-HC-32 can produce up to 92 kg of ice in 24 hours.

As usual with Hoshizaki, impeccable hygiene is a key focus in product development: the unique ice-making system is equipped with an automatic rinsing cycle. The water reservoir is completely emptied after the ice-making process and refilled with fresh water. The use of a magnetic pump system prevents leaks.
The closed water circuit also provides the ultimate protection against contamination; it reduces the number of possible entry points to a minimum.

The IM-100CNE-HC-32 is electronically controlled, ensuring that the ice-making process runs optimally and that the ice quality remains consistent even under changing ambient conditions.

However, those who want to contribute to the maintenance of their ice maker themselves will be pleased with the easy-to-clean air filter. The attractive stainless steel housing can also be kept hygienically clean with little maintenance.
