For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually filled with fresh water while excess water is carefully discharged. This process produces clear, compact and slow-melting ice cubes with consistently high quality.

The integrated UV-C hygiene function supports sanitisation within the production area and complements the closed water system, which protects the ice-making process from external contamination. This combination helps maintain high hygiene standards and supports long-term water quality.

Automatic rinse cycles regularly clean the water system and help minimise limescale and mineral deposits. At the same time, the electronic control system continuously monitors all production processes and ensures consistently high performance under varying operating conditions.

The magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling provides precise water management, reduces the risk of leakage and supports long-term operational reliability. Combined with the robust stainless steel construction, it creates a durable solution for continuous professional use.

The air-cooled refrigeration system operates efficiently and reliably. Natural refrigerant R290 is used as an environmentally responsible alternative to conventional refrigerants. An integrated drain pump can be added as an optional upgrade to further expand installation possibilities.
